A typical Caribbean Honeymoon resort it is not, but for a romantic Caribbean island honeymoon you will have to go a long way to surpass the Golden Lemon Inn and Villas at Basseterre on the island of St. Kitts. The traditional and elegant Golden Lemon has 26 individually decorated rooms by the ocean, in a converted 17th century French Manor house. It has been a romantic getaway since it was converted with superb taste in 1963.

I always appreciate getting emails from designers about their new handbag lines. It is hard to find out about each new designer myself, so getting an email gives me the perfect heads up. This post is long over-due, but this is a new brand that offers a great selection of practical everyday handbags. Today I am introducing you to Catherine Adair Handbags, which were featured on The Rachel Ray Show on October 5th of this year. The designer behind Catherine Adair is Catherine, who goes by the name Cate.

Wondering what wines to pair with your Thanksgiving dinner? Of course you are. In addition to pairing wine with the turkey, you must consider the side dishes to be offered, the spices in those dishes, and how to use the wine to bring out the flavors of your cuisine.
Wines from Spain — including red, white, sparkling, and fortified wines — offer tremendous value and pair well with the classic dishes associated with this holiday.

As the autumn deepens and winter approaches, the mood that I want to create in my house invariably changes. Light floral scents lose their appeal and more robust woods and resins gain favor, as I look for fragrances that are more introspective, warm and inviting. And as the holidays approach, new scents (or repackaged scents) hit the market, all claiming to create that special ambience. Tocca’s Cortina (Brazilian Elemi Wood) candle is described on some websites as “a scent that evokes images of a roaring fire and the comfort of a mug of hot mulled wine”.

The Dirty Martini is a pretty cool venue if you love to dance, love to mingle, and love to chill. And on the plus side it is right by Fisherman’s Wharf, so there is plenty of people around, and sites to see, if you want to do the whole tourist thing too.
Entrance fee ranges, there are VIP lists that are difficult to get on, but you can always try. The guest list you can add yourself to (if you need help let me know, I can try hook you up with the e-mails) which before a certain time you can get in for half the price.

Right off the bat this handbag carries a very different look. The gray is a subtle hue, that is soothing, and then there are large circular studs that run up and down the sides of the bag. Yet the subtle gold metallic under-layer shines through the metallic gray perforated Jimmy Choo Riki Bag perfectly. The hardware is gold but it appears very subtle, as if it is silver, not gold. There are double top handles and one of Jimmy Choo’s signatures, thin straps of leather threaded through rings along the top.

Swarovski is ready to present a new collection for the autumn/winter 2007 season called Soul of Time: The Epic of Light. It was showcased this past August in Malta, and is not available on the company's web site through a pretty cool slideshow. The collection has some asymmetrical angles and gives a feeling of sort a fairy gone goth a little to me. The creative director explains them as follows: Nathalie Colin Roblique, Swarovski's Creative Director said, "A study in asymmetry, a search for slightly savage effects, and a desire for irregularity that satisfies a need for authenticity and truth…
